RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a 5-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. Products bought during sale are not accepted for returns or exchanges unless there is a wrong product delivered or lost during transit. If such a circumstance occurs, the customer will be sent a replacement of the correct order Products bought as bundles or combos are not accepted for returns or exchanges as they are limited period combos. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

As you know, all products from Pixie Nationn are handmade preserving nature’s beauty intact. We put immense time and effort in collecting and choosing the materials used for creating our treasures. However, you are free to return or exchange the product (bought during non-sale period) within 5 days since the date of delivery by sending an email to pixienationn@gmail.com.

 

Please mention the following details in the email:

Order number, product title, date of purchase, and reason for return/exchange, attach receipt or proof of purchase. Also mention the product you would like to be replaced in case of exchange. It will be helpful if you can also attach a picture of the product your return/ exchange is approved then we will arrange for a pickup from your doorstep and also arrange for the exchange delivery. The delivery charges for Returns and exchanges will be borne by Pixie Nationn only under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong product was dispatched

  • Product damaged during transit

  • Product delivery did not occur 

  • Different variant of product dispatched from the warehouse

*Pixie Nationn is not responsible for damage of goods during transit when the customer ships it back themselves.​

 

Returns of product damaged during transit

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit then returns and replacements are accepted only if the request is raised to the email pixienationn@gmail.com within 1 day or 24 Hrs from the time of shipment delivery. Please mail the picture of the product to pixienationn@gmail.com .  Once approved, a pickup will be arranged for the product and a replacement of the same product will be arranged.​

 

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank, as it may take some time before your refund is reflects in your statement. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at pixienationn@gmail.com  

 

Please note that, the shipping charges for returns or exchanges for any reason other than the above mentioned will be charged to the customer​T&C:

 

Gift cards are exempt from being returned.

All returned products must be in unused condition with original packaging intact.

 

Refund will be processed in case of approved returns only after the product is received back in the warehouse and a quality check is done. The amount will be credited back to your original source within 5-7 days

Items purchased during sale on discount will not be eligible for returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged in transit or if wrong product is sent. 

 

No refunds will be given in the following cases:

  • Products returned after 5 days post order date.

  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
