1. Custom Orders & Non-Refundable Policy:
   All jewelry created by Pixienationn is a custom-made piece, specifically designed using the flowers provided by the customer. Due to the personalized nature of each order, custom jewelry items are non-refundable. We encourage customers to review all customization details before confirming the order.
    

2. Flower Quality & Preservation:
   The quality of your custom jewelry depends on the condition of the flowers you provide. We take utmost care to preserve and create your jewelry using the best techniques, but due to the natural characteristics of flowers, some variation in appearance is possible. We are not responsible for how flowers may change during the preservation process.
    

3. Shipping & Delivery:
   We ensure that your custom jewelry is securely packaged and shipped with great care. However, Pixienationn is not liable for any damage, loss, or delay caused by shipping carriers. If there are any issues with your order upon delivery, please contact us immediately.
    

4. Intellectual Property & Designs:
   All designs created by Pixienationn using your flowers are owned by us and are protected by copyright law. You are purchasing a unique, custom-made piece, but we retain the rights to any design elements we create. Unauthorized reproduction of our designs for commercial purposes is prohibited.
    

5. Privacy & Data Protection:
   Your personal information, including your flowers and custom preferences, will only be used for fulfilling your order. We value your privacy and will not share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
